General Policies

Please note all orders ship Monday through Friday only. There are no weekend/holiday shipments.
Enter your Shipping information exactly as it appears on your credit card or bank statement. If the address information does not match what the credit card company has on file, your order can not be processed.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover card and PayPal are accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Credit card fraud is a very serious federal offense and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number at our website. If you attempt to misuse a credit card or any other form of payment at House of Nubian Inc, you will be pursued and prosecuted for a federal offense to the full extent of the law. We do not ship ANY ORDERS until we are satisfied that the transaction is clean. We reserve the right to cancel, delay or request additional verification should we decide an order is suspicious or fraudulent.

Express & Next Business Day Orders must be received before 12 noon.
Most orders received before 3:30pm ship the same day.
Orders usually arrive within five to seven business days.
We ship APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR, VI.
APO/FPO shipments require approx 10 days for delivery.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
All items will be shipped promptly when the order is received.
Tracking number will be e-mailed to you when the package leaves our post office.
Each order is tracked from inception, to arrival in your hands.
All of our deliveries require a signature, which ensures the package is actually received by the card holder.
We encourage you to buy more than one item so you can save on shipping.
Wholesale order shipping prices are estimates only. Wholesale buyers are responsible for actual shipping cost.

Order Cancellation Policies

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once merchandise is shipped there will be no refunds, exchanges only (except Headwear & Media).
Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
Once a garment is customized it is non-refundable.

Return Policies

No refunds, Exchanges only on unworn items within 10 days. We do not accept exchanges on headwear, DVD's or CD's.
No exchanges on damaged items.
No merchandise will be accepted for exchange with out a return merchandise authorization (RMA).(Any non-defective returned item is subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the purchase price (No Exceptions!!!).
We do not accept exchanges on Headwear. VHS, DVD's & CD's can be exchanged (only if defective) for the same item only.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products, used body products or bed and bath items.
Once a garment is customized it is non-refundable.
